Computer
Computer manages native Mac/Windows/Linux computers and the optional Ubuntu Sandbox. Browser is a separate capability and chooses its own transport automatically. Local Browser (Profile 3) is not a Computer target; it becomes available only when its matching native computer and browser extension are online. The Ubuntu Sandbox remains optional, manual, and must already be started.
