1. Open AI Runner Chat in ChatGPT.
2. Log in to Flushnet or create your account.
3. Open Dashboard.
4. Open Generate Access Code and copy the code.
5. Paste the access code into the AI Runner chat when asked.
6. Install your runtime or use Sandbox, then ask the chat to list nodes and run your first task.

How to use the dashboard

1. Log in.
2. Open Dashboard.
3. Generate your access code if the workflow requires ChatGPT linking.
4. Refresh nodes and choose a machine or sandbox.
5. Run a simple safe task first, then move to more advanced automation.

How to use sandbox mode

1. Open Sandbox.
2. Click Boot Sandbox.
3. Wait for the sandbox node to register.
4. Return to the dashboard or AI Runner chat.
5. Ask the chat to use sandbox mode and run a simple command such as echo hello.

How to connect a native machine

1. Open Installer.
2. Install and start the local runtime on your computer.
3. Confirm the node appears in Dashboard.
4. Generate an access code, paste it into the AI Runner chat, and ask it to use your native node.

How to access the AI Runner chat

1. Log in to ChatGPT.
2. Open AI Runner Chat.
3. When the chat asks for access, paste the code from Generate Access Code.
4. Ask the chat to list your nodes, use sandbox, or run a first safe task.

How to explain Flushnet to a non-technical person

Flushnet lets you safely ask a website or AI chat to do work on your computer or in a safer sandbox. The chat is the easiest entry point, but it still uses your dashboard login, access code, and node permissions to stay secure.

How to control a smart plug

1. Link your Tuya app account to AI Runner.
2. Make sure the device is visible in the AI gateway.
3. In chat, say power on the smart plug, power off the smart plug, or status of the smart plug.
