You are responsible for ensuring that: * you own or have permission to control the connected device * you understand what AI Runner is allowed to access * you review actions before approving important changes * you do not connect systems you are not authorized to use ## 6. Inputs, Outputs, and Actions When you use AI Runner, you may provide instructions, files, messages, images, audio, credentials, links, documents, or other content. These are your **Inputs**. These are **Actions**. You are responsible for your Inputs and for any Actions you approve or request. ## 7. Human Approval for Important Actions Some actions may require your approval before AI Runner completes them. Examples include: * deleting files * sending messages * posting to social media * submitting forms * purchasing products * booking reservations * making payments * changing system settings * accessing private messages * controlling smart devices * publishing public content AI Runner may ask for confirmation before performing sensitive or irreversible actions. You should review the action carefully before approving it. ## 8. Accuracy and Reliability AI systems and automation tools can make mistakes. If you do, you allow us to use that feedback without payment or obligation to you. ## 18. Service Changes AI Runner is an evolving product. We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features at any time. This may include changes to: * available tools * supported devices * browser automation * mobile features * integrations * pricing * usage limits * security rules * workflow features We will try to give notice when a major change materially affects your use of the Service. ## 19. Suspension and Termination You may stop using AI Runner at any time. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flushnet Live Community is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, lost business, device issues, third-party service failures, or automation mistakes. Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the six months before the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you. ## 22. Your Responsibility to Back Up Data Before asking AI Runner to modify, delete, move, upload, download, publish, or process important data, you should back it up. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important files, messages, documents, photos, code, credentials, and settings. ## 23. High-Risk Uses AI Runner should not be used as the sole tool for high-risk decisions or actions. Do not rely only on AI Runner for: * medical advice * legal advice * financial advice * emergency response * safety-critical systems * employment decisions * housing decisions * credit decisions * law enforcement decisions * critical infrastructure control You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate. ## 24. Export and Legal Compliance You agree not to use AI Runner in violation of trade controls, sanctions, export laws, or other applicable legal restrictions.
